Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and coffee maker, and for entertainment, there is a TV with Freeview and DVD, and WiFi. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available, and two well-behaved pets are welcome. Outside, there is private parking for one car, additional roadside parking, and rear, multi-level decking with furniture. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a smoke-free property. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed. In easy reach of Dartmouth and the beaches of Start Bay, the location offers a delightful balance between seclusion and convenience, with a wealth of picturesque walks, welcoming local pubs and more on your doorstep. In the centre of the village on Main Street, the 14th century Parish Church of St Michael completes the setting whole-heartedly. The George Inn is a family-run pub in the heart of the village. Nearby, Halwell is a small village in wooded farmland equidistant from the busy little town of Kingsbridge and popular Totnes - A charming Devon town with a bustling main street and a regular market, the area boasts regular outdoor markets on Fridays and Saturdays. During the main season, between May and September, there is an Elizabethan market each Tuesday morning.
