The apartment is quiet and peaceful, yet within walking distance to the City Ctr, University, Hospital and Cathedral. Just a short drive and you can explore Dartmoor and Exmoor National Park and the South West Coastline. A perfect base for exploring and relaxing, fully equipped with WIFI and smart TV. On the 1st floor and accessed via an outdoor staircase. The apartment is spacious and light with an open plan living and dining area with a 55" Smart TV and WIFI included. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a filter coffee machine, slow cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. A starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar and milk is provided. The large bedroom has a king-sized bed with ample clothes storage. Bed linen and towels provided. The modern bathroom has a large walk in shower and comes with complimentary mini toiletries. Takeaway delivery available through Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat! PLEASE NOTE: The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessed via a steep external metal staircase. Guests have complete enjoyment of the whole property for their stay. Designated parking space in a private carpark. Dogs are welcome at no extra charge. Please contact us for long stay discounts. The apartment is in easy walking distance to: City Centre and Cathedral - 10 mins Historic quayside - 15 mins RD&E hospital - 5 mins Exeter University (main campus) - 25 mins Southlands is accessed via a long driveway from the main road, making traffic noise minimal. There are some fantastic independent shops and cafes all within 5 minutes walk. 1 minute walk from the apartment is a bus stop which takes you into the city centre where both the bus and train station are. Exeter has electric bike points across the city which is the nicest way to get around as traffic can be bad. The nearest bike point to the apartment is a 5 minute walk.
