The Property Is A Very Unique Residence As H.G. Wells Penned Many Of His Works At This Address. Fully Renovated To A Very High Modern Specification With All Mod Cons ie High Speed Internet, Fully Fitted Modern Kitchen With Dining Facilities, New Interior, Soft Furnishings And Flush Ceiling LED Spotlights. Its Ideally Located In Very Close Proximity To All Transport Links And Shopping Centres. The Property Has Recently Undergone A Major Refurbishment.
Love To Walk , Travel , Swim And Cycling.. I am more of an outdoor person.
Great neighbourhood with all Amenities very close by, Mainline Railway Station only 5 mins walk and the rail connections into London Waterloo are very frequent with journey times only 20 mins. Easy access to Southwest England
