There were some lovely touches. Tea, coffee and milk on arrival was great. Also a bottle of Prosecco which was a lovely treat. Location is fantastic right at the top of the high street in Totnes. Flat was clear, bright and spacious. We did not meet the hosts (but we could have done if we knocked on their door) however they just left us to it which was nice.

Property info

Rose Apartment is a wonderful bright and airy apartment right in the historic centre of Totnes. Situated on the second floor of this grade 2 listed building which is approx 400 years old and is an old merchants house. The apartment has a double bed, with a wardrobe, dressing table, chest of drawers and bed side tables to really make yourself at home! The separate large lounge has arm chairs an electric stove, a desk to work from with fast fibre wifi! The television is a smart tv so you can sign into you favourite services. The separate kitchen with a fridge, microwave, cooker, kettle, toaster and everything you would need to cook up a storm! The bathroom has a full sized bath with a shower and large window to let in the light.

Neighborhood info

Totnes is a real jewel of a town with lots to see and do in the local independent shops with plenty of cafes and restaurants to explore down the High Street. We have river trips and wonderful walks, wild swimming and paddle boarding on the river Dart. Around the area Dartmoor is within easy reach, also the towns on Dartmouth, Salcombe, Brixham, Torquay and all the wonderful beaches of the South Hams are all very close. We think you will have a great relaxing time here in Totnes with us at Vine Apartment!
