About this property
Opposite Bath Spa Station, this Georgian-style hotel offers fine cuisine and free Wi-Fi. It has an excellent location close to shops and about 2133 feet from the Roman Baths. The famous architect, Brunel, designed The Royal in the 19th century. Its rooms decorated in a traditional style with soft duvets and goose and down pillows. They also have a flat-screen TV with DVD player, complimentary cotton slippers, hairdryer, trouser press, tea and freshly ground coffee making facilities, biscuits and mineral water. The restaurant Brasserie Brunel restaurant has been designed in the style of a Parisian brasserie. There is also a bar, plus the recently created residents lounge. The restaurant is well known for excellent food and specializes in great steaks. Fixed-price and à la carte menus are served at lunch and dinner in addition to home-made bar food. There are a number of car parks within about 164 feet of The Royal and limited parking on site.
