Sweeping sea views and direct beach access make this Victorian villa an exceptional Elie property. It offers two floors of delightful panoramic views and plenty of room to accommodate gatherings of family and friends. Ruddon Grange's high ceilings, original features and effortless grandeur provide every comfort for up to 8 guests, with a double sofa bed for additional guests. The property is in a prime beach-side location and within walking distance of the many cafes, restaurants, shops and sports facilities in Elie village. This outstanding 4-bedroom villa has been in the same family for generations and has only recently become available as a holiday let. This property comes with a welcome pack including tea, coffee, sugar, milk ,and toiletries, which includes shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap.

Elie is a famous picturesque seaside village with golden sand and an excellent marina, a great place for watersports. The harbour is popular with yachts and small pleasure craft, while the surrounding bay is popular with windsurfers and bathers. Elie benefits from two fantastic golf courses and has many interesting historic buildings, some of which date back to the 17th century, including The Lady's Tower, a summer house built for Lady Janet Anstruther.
