The house and grounds are stunning. Beautiful kitchen, living room, bedrooms - everything was so comfortable for everyone to spread out and have their own space. You couldn’t get a better location - or view - in North Berwick!

Imposing, impressive Victorian villa in a prestigious area of North Berwick with outstanding views across the Golf Course to the Beach and the Firth of Forth beyond. The very large and beautifully presented house is the perfect space for the family, a group of couples or golfers to gather and enjoy time in these wonderful surroundings. Downstairs offers expansive entertaining space, perfect for enjoying a meal together whilst taking in the wonderful open views of the garden, North Berwick golf course and beyond to the beach and the Firth of Forth. Direct access to North Berwick golf course can also be enjoyed from the garden at Ryvra! 4 bedrooms sleeping 10. 1st floor - 3 large bedrooms all with king-size beds (2 beds can be split to make 4 singles on request - please contact us when making your booking). 2nd floor - 1 bedroom with double bed, and 1 x sofa bed in the living area. Please note we do not provide hypoallergenic bedding at our properties. Please verify your identity with Superhog before check-in to obtain free insurance. Alternatively you can pay a damage deposit which will be refunded subject to an inspection. Please note: this property is strictly non-smoking, and does not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.
