Gorgeous 3 bedroom apartment situated Sauchiehall Street in Glasgow City Centre! The property benefits from a beautiful bright and spacious lounge with a modern fully equipped open plan kitchen with breakfasting dining bar. The property also benefits from a separate toilet & shower room with a rainfall power shower. The space * Newley Refurbished * The living area is a gorgeous open space, with large double glazed windows looking out onto the vibrant Sauchiehall Street. This includes an open plan kitchen with all appliances such as coffee machine, microwave, washing machine etc. The 3 double bedrooms are furnished to a high standard, all with clothing storage such as drawers and wardrobes as well as a quite work space. All bedrooms have a thumb turn lock on the inside for privacy! The apartment has 1.5 bathrooms with their being a sperate toilet and shower room!, the toilet has all essentials such as hairdryer etc. The separate shower room has a beautiful rainfall power shower, this also includes a removable handheld shower head. The shower room has large round LED mirror making it a perfect spot for getting ready!! Guest access: The entire apartment is for you to enjoy! There are no common or shared areas.
The apartment is ideally situated amongst an array of bars, shops and restaurants providing lots of social facilities a stones throw away.
