Hello There, Welcome to the ABOUT page. I am Sofia, the owner of this wonderful family home in Newquay. I would like to offer our beautiful home for another family to stay in for the summer holidays. We live in a quiet cul de sac in Newquay within walking distance to the Boating Lake, Newquay Zoo and other amenities. This home is perfect for a family with two small children. We have a wonderful garden that wraps around the back of the house, trampoline, Wendy house and little tikes slide, we also have a Lazy-Spa plunge pool. It isn't heated unfortunately but may be a nice refreshing dip when the summer sun is out, we also have a small fire pit for toasting some marshmallows on. The house has windows that wrap around meaning we get the morning sun streaming through the bi-folds in the morning then moving over into the garden and then finally setting on our NEW chill patio. Perfect to enjoy a quiet glass of wine after popping the kiddies to bed. The main bedroom has a king bed, full wardrobe and drawers. The other room has two singles with a smart TV for kids entertainment. We have one full bathroom upstairs which has a bath, a shower room and a small downstairs toilet.
