A charming, ground floor apartment boasting valley views and space in abundance.. All on the Ground Floor: Open plan living space. Living area: 55" TV, TV Dining area. Kitchen area: Breakfast Bar, Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Bedroom 2: Double (4ft 6in) Bed, 2 x Single (3ft) Beds Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet, Shower Seat Separate Toilet.. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. . Sitting-out area with picnic benches. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking.. Scotch Pine was formerly run as the Scotch Pine Inn pub and restaurant and has now been set up as a spacious holiday home. The accommodation features two bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to six guests, perfect for families. The living area is really spacious and boasts plenty of comfortable seating, a 55” TV and a dining table, even some of the former bar remains! The kitchen area is towards the back of the living area and is perfect for socialising whilst you prepare dinner. The views overlooking the Amman Valley to the front of the property are fantastic and on a clear day you may be able to spot the Gower coastline in the distance! Set just up from the nearest village, on the side of the mountain, this is an ideal location for exploring, close enough to make the most of local amenities as well as the beautiful mountains beyond. There is ample parking available at the property and the accommodation is well accessible being all on one level. There are picnic benches outside to sit out and enjoy watching the sunset in the valley. Free WiFi
