From
United KingdomThe Hotel has been modernised since the last time we were there and the whole place is fantastic. The quality of bathroom fittings was exceptional and compared to the expensive hotels abroad we have stayed in. The TV also was above average with Prime, Netflix and many more options. We had an evening meal and a breafast there and both were fantastic, even the Sauce sachets were "posh". I thoroughly recommend this hotel and cannot praise it enough.

It was our first time in Llanelli. The hotel was very beautiful but the carpark could have been alot bigger. We stayed for the 1 night has my dad was getting married in Llanelly house which was only a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

Unfortunately Llanelli town centre is very run down.
Unfortunately Llanelli town centre is very run down.
Went in to on a Saturday and seemed like a ghost town. Most shops boarded up grey and miserable place. Very few places to eat.The pubs were run down. The people we met on the other hand were friendly and easy to get on with.
It seems as if all the towns money has been spent on the coastal area for visitors to see but nothing spent improving facilities for locals.
Local council must do better........

Llanelli looks tired with many closed shops in the centre of town,
Park Howard on the Felinfoel road is an excellent large park with the towns Museum and acres of space and many facilities.
The seaside area with the superb coastal path which stretches for miles in both directions along the coast is excellent.

Location is brilliant lots of street parking.A few steps away from the train station. .Restaurants nearby and food shops .I like the rooms very spacious immaculate and smells fresh
Staff didn't need to be around All the instructions on what and things to do are clear Even though I have been receiving emails of reassurance. I would definitely come back probably a bit longer next time

The property was clean on arrival, with fresh bedding and towels, its well equipped and comfortable. WiFi was good and we could watch Netflix and other platforms in the evenings. It’s well located with beautiful views. The area is quiet and feels safe. Short walk from town centre and supermarkets. It was a perfect base for exploring the region. We would happily book again.
