This is a very centrally located pretty regency cottage. It sleeps a maximum of ten and has 5 single beds in two bedrooms (which can also be zipped to create two double beds and a single bed), and an adult bunk bed in the third bedroom. Three additional guests can sleep on the two large sofa beds. It also has a separate bath with a shower over it and a second ensuite shower room to one of the bedrooms. The outside patio area as a wonderful place for sitting out in on a sunny day. Please note due to local licensing restrictions the outside area cannot be used after 9pm to prevent disturbance to the neighbours. Hen groups are welcome. Please note that the auto-calculators do not offer discounts. If your stay is longer please let me know so I can let you know what if any discounts are available.
I was brought up in Brighton and love the city. All the properties I offer as holiday rentals have been chosen as they reflect the very best Brighton has to offer. They all very centrally located in properties in very good quality locations that reflect the best of Regency architecture. I am looking forward to welcoming you to Brighton for a great stay.
If you wish to be literally a stones throw from all Brighton's main attractions then this is the property for you. It is a five minute walk to the main attractions .e.g hundreds of restaurants and bars, beach, i360, Pavilion, Brighton Centre, Brighton Pavilion. A large Waitrose is located no more than three minutes away and the train station is within a comfortable walking distance
