Everything - it was the best hotel we’ve stayed in in a while. The room was beautiful, so clean and cosy. The bed was so comfortable and the room was welcoming with lovely touches. Although we didn’t have a huge room, there was more than enough room and the bathroom was big in comparison with a large shower and spacious area. The staff were really helpful and friendly and let us leave our bags in left luggage prior to use checking in and after us checking out which was so helpful. We had previously booked into another hotel which turned out to be not very nice and we had to check out of due to its poor facilities, so to stay here instead was just what we needed!

The friendly staff were very helpful and attended to all our needs. We were upgraded to the superior room which was bigger. My only issue would be the size of the bed was not really big enough for two adults. Maybe as this is a superior room and bigger than the others the bed could be a Queen or King size.

A beautiful view from the room I had with balcony on Regency Square, the I360 and sea view but at the same time a little bit frightening on Monday morning when it was raining and the waves on the sea were very high. Also, have to mention very good conditions for a building from 19th Century. Thank you.
