Really friendly and professional staff, I was greeted warmly and allowed to check in early with no additional charge. The room was gorgeous, beautifully decorated, clean, and sizeable with a mini fridge, NICE coffee maker, free chocolate (hello!!) and a really comfortable bed and pillows. The shower and bathroom were lovely and the water was hot and plentiful. The toiletries were high end. The location was fabulous. In the Kemp Town end of Brighton and a lovely 10 min walk into town. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants in the Kemp Town end too. There are easy bus routes super close and the walk from the station was doable too if you are up for it. As a single female travelling alone I felt totally safe, and would stay here again in a heart beat. PS: There was a kitchen downstairs if you wanted to heat up a meal too, which was such a nice touch!

I come to the UK just for the Hotel Pelirocco. It makes me happy that there are people in the world who make extraordinary spaces for others to enjoy. Everything about the place is magical from the paintings in the corridors to the bounce of the mattresses and the tiling in the showers. I cannot say enough about this superb hotel and it really feels like the best of Brighton.

The staff are very wonderful, kind and cooperative. The hotel is wonderful, clean and the service is excellent. I loved the location, which has a sea view. The breakfast was delicious and tasty.

Everything abiut this hotel is well worth every cent paid. The staff are fantastic and nothing is too much effort. The breakfast is exceptional. The location, cleanliness and style is amazing. Will definitely be back,, over and over again.

A beautiful view from the room I had with balcony on Regency Square, the I360 and sea view but at the same time a little bit frightening on Monday morning when it was raining and the waves on the sea were very high. Also, have to mention very good conditions for a building from 19th Century. Thank you.
