We provide Scottish self-catering holiday accommodation in East Lothian and Edinburgh. We are a highly experienced local holiday let company based in North Berwick, East Lothian, Scotland.

Sleeping arrangements Double Bedroom - with 1 x double bed and 1 x standard size single bed not suitable for children under the age of 4, and adults. (sleeps 3) Please note: *this property is strictly non-smoking, and does not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old. *Pets are not allowed. * We do not provide hypoallergenic bedding in our properties. Parking: There is free on-street parking at the apartment, but this is restricted to 90 minutes. Thereafter, charges are applicable. There is a large free car park, 1 minute from the apartment, and also unrestricted seafront parking, 2 minutes from the apartment. Please note public parking in North Berwick can be complex as the rules vary according to season and year to year. We recommend following the signs upon arrival in North Berwick and also advise considering your options for this prior to check-in as it is unfortunately something we are not able to assist with on the day
