Both Carl & Sarah have travelled extensively, lived abroad and enjoyed (and occasionally endured) a wide spectrum of holiday and business accommodation and this experience has shaped their understanding of what makes a great holiday home. Seaside Hideout is located on the top (3rd) floor of an impressive Victorian villa set just a block back from Eastbourne seafront. This spacious flat has a relaxed, bohemian vibe and with two kingsize bedrooms would suit couples sharing (or two people who like their own space!). A handy separate study also makes it an ideal choice for anyone needing to work - with free WiFi included of course! As an extra bonus, the property boasts a private off road parking space next to the building. The top floor setting gives a serene, tranquil feel to this welcoming apartment (there is not a lift, so bear in mind that stairs are involved). The lounge is a relaxing haven, with a sofa and armchair in front of the smart TV. A separate dining kitchen is equipped for your self catering stay, with fridge-freezer, oven and hob, dishwasher and a washing machine. A round table by the window seats four. The master bedroom does have glimmers of a distant sea views for water lovers and it's only a few minutes stroll to reach the beach from this holiday home. All linen and regular towels are provided in this holiday flat (pack your beach towels).

Eastbourne's theatres and the Towner contemporary art gallery are also within easy reach on foot, making this a great choice for a culture break. The town centre is just 10 minutes walk away, with lots of cafes, restaurants, and the Beacon shopping centre (which includes a multiscreen Cineworld). You're also well positioned to reach the glorious South Downs and enjoy spectacular walking.
