Our guests accommodation is self-access, (which our guests love!), and comes with a private south-facing courtyard garden with under cover seating area - Your very own outside space!! Enjoy breakfast 'al fresco' or maybe a cool glass of wine, before heading out for dinner in those long summer evenings! Help yourself to your complimentary breakfast from your room fridge and complimentary Breakfast Basket, available for the duration of your stay (cereal, milk, juice, toast & preserves). The Self 'Check-in' and 'Check-out' is very popular with our guests, to come and go as you please! The ensuite bedroom is modern, light and airy with twin beds and kitchenette. Superfast Wifi is free! The accommodation is newly refurbished, includes a toilet, large shower and wash basin and is suitable for solo guests or two guests to share. Having twin beds makes the room extremely versatile for couples, solo travellers, friends and parents with a child. We are pet friendly too! Enjoy super comfy beds with Marks & Spencer's mattress toppers, voted 'number one' choice for 2023 by the Independent Magazine, to guarantee a good nights sleep! We are only a short 10 minute level walk from Paignton town centre, bars, cafes and restaurants and our famous sandy beaches!
We live in a beautiful part of South West England - Sunny Torbay, with it's own micro climate and fabulous palm trees! I enjoy spending time with my family and going for long walks with Buddy, our Cockerpoo. It's fabulous to have the local beaches and the South West Coastal Path just a short stroll away from where you live! Our place is so special for guests, as it allows you to have your own ‘little oasis’ in the heart of Torbay at an affordable price, with lots of super home comforts that you will just love! Come and give us a try!
We are in a central position - 10 minute walk from Paignton Town and 2 beautiful sandy beaches; Paignton and Goodrington Beaches. Also an easy flat walk to good selection of café, restaurants and bars. I can recommend several local eating places and takeaways, bars and Public Houses, all within easy walking distance of the accommodation. We are within walking distance of Paignton Train and Coach Station, or a quick trip in a taxi would take about 2 minutes. The Coach and Bus Station are opposite Paignton Train Station with its own taxi rank. If bringing your own car, you can park close by, with unrestricted time limit 24/7 on Elmsleigh Road, Elmsleigh Park, Fisher Street, Conway Road and other nearby roads. The nearest bus stop is 2 minutes walk which will take you to anywhere you would like to go! We are very central to explore the whole of beautiful Torbay and surrounding areas with bus and train stations Many fabulous beaches - Goodrington and Paignton beaches a quick 10 minute walk away Splashdown Water Park - 10 minute walk away Paignton Zoo - 20 minute walk away or take the bus! Model Village - Babbacombe 8 miles Ten Pin Bowling - Torquay 5 miles Totnes World Famous Market - held on Friday and Saturday - 5 miles to Totnes 24 miles to Exeter Historic City with Cathedral 30 miles to Plymouth Ocean City 7.6 miles to Dartmouth - Go by 150 year old Steam train and ferry! (Trains run February to Christmas) 18 miles to Dartmoor - Great for a pub lunch or walking holidays! Beautiful vast open space and see the wild roaming ponies!
