Enjoy uninterrupted sea views from the lounge and balcony of this stunning family-friendly first floor apartment. Relax outside on the balcony as the sun's last rays set over the English Channel. Broadband here is strong, and parking is available at a very close-by car park(or free on-street with a 15 minute walk.) You group will enjoy easy access to everything from this stylish, recently refurbished and centrally located first floor two-bedroom flat close to the historic pier, cinema, vibrant restaurants and shopping, including M&S. Just 10 miles from Brighton, the property is full of period character with glorious ocean views and a balcony overlooking Worthing beach. Bright and airy, the property offers a large open-plan living/kitchen area with fully-equipped kitchen large sofa, arm chair, games, utilities, Samsung Frame tv (Netflix and Amazon) and dining table, opening to a balcony overlooking beach and pier. Bedroom One offers a comfortable king-size bed with fresh linen and two wardrobes, Please be aware that an arts club operate from the basement, open Thursdays to Sundays, usually until midnight. They are non-profit, super friendly and welcoming. They offer music on Fridays and Saturdays, and the bass tends to resonate in the building which may add to the party vibe of the seafront.
Anna is your friendly and accommodating host. She has very high standards of presentation, and she is committed to doing everything possible to ensure your stay is as comfortable and memorable as possible. She prides herself on comfortable mattresses, fresh linen and fluffy towels.
Enjoy the historic Worthing seafront. Our flat is close to the Lido, Pier Pavilion Theatre and Dome Cinema. We are close to the main shopping area. With an amazing sea front view....
