Silversprings is a small independent business run by Juliet and her small team. Whilst there is no reception on-site a member of staff will be dedicated to your booking and we will make contact with you in person on the day of your arrival to introduce themselves. this person will be on call to assist you if you should have any issues or questions during your staff. Please don't hesitate to contact them they are here to help.

Property information

Silversprings is a Georgian townhouse, built-in 1890 but completely refurbished in 2013. Due to the style and nature of the building, we have a lot of stairs but no lift. So if you do have mobility issues please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you on one of our lower floors or make arrangements to assist you with your luggage. Whilst the building is old, our apartments are very modern and decorated in a light and contemporary manner. Each benefiting from underfloor heating to make the apartments warm and cosy. We have tried to equip the apartments with everything that you would need in a home away from home, but if do have any special requirements, then please do let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Neighbourhood information

Our apartments are located in a quiet road, just a 5-minute level walk from the city centre. Where you will find all of the shops, bars and restaurants and of course our wonderful Cathedral. There is a supermarket (Co-op), an Indian restaurant and a Fish and Chip shop at the end of the road. We are well located for both Exeter St David's and Exeter Central, train station, the Bus and Coach Station and Exeter University. The bus services for the University, Met Office, R D & E Hospital and Exeter Airport are close by.
