Our room was a bedroom in a detached house in a suburb of Ascot. It was booked for a day at the races which was unfortunately cancelled due to bad weather. The property is clean, access is easy, communication with the owner was good. You can pay to park on the drive, instead of on street - however its in a cul de sac type street which had I known I would have just parked on street.
