The villa is riverside in Falmouth, across the Penryn river from Flushing. It’s a level walk into the town of Falmouth, passing the RCYC and local beach. Many seabirds , seals, and river life can be found immediately outside in the tidal foreshore . The quay is off limits being an unguarded water access, busy with nautical gear.
Welcome to SOLANO, our hideaway on the waterside. It’s quiet is relaxing , yet it’s located in a busy town that has a long tradition of travel, innovation and improvement, with a development of similar villas nearby. Geraldine is blissfully retired and enjoys sea swimming and sports.
Falmouth has a vibrant social life, many pubs, restaurants, and more cafes ! The golf course clubhouse has great views of the bay. The castle dominates the headland and many beaches. The Maritime museum, and Art Gallery are first class, being good haunts to visit when squalls pass by.
