We had a fantastic time here as a family. Plenty of space and loos for everyone. Great water pressure, comfortable beds, and everything was super clean. Really appreciated the vanities to get ready at, with plenty of lighting. Parking is super easy, and the house is centrally located between Paignton and Torquay. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Beaches house oozes 5*comfort and classic style. Situated right across from the seafront and promenade and set on the SW Coastal Path, you haven't got far to walk to the beach! A newly built 3 story townhouse sleeping up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms with a master suite en-suite shower room, a large family bathroom and also a ground floor cloakroom WC, 2 large balconies (one off the lounge and another off the master bedroom), a lovely courtyard for alfresco dining and bi-fold doors from the dining room giving you that open plan feel. Two generous private parking spaces for guests own use during their stay. There is a striking ‘hot chilli’ red kitchen, a separate dining room. All is high-spec and fully-equipped for self-catering with glass doors leading out to the rear patio terrace. From the dining room is a convenient ground floor cloakroom WC. Heading to the first floor, there is the second large double bedroom, a family bathroom, lounge & balcony, which enjoys sea views towards Torquay. Heading up to the second floor is a twin bedroom to the left and across the landing a large master bedroom with a room wide balcony accessed by full with bi-fold doors, a beautiful en-suite with large shower, toilet and sink. The property is so well equipped you will find everything you need for an enjoyable stay.
You are guaranteed a stay that will exceed your expectations. The house is run and managed by us, ex Events Manager, ensuring you have everything you need and we are always on hand to answer any questions or help with any eventuality. We have lived in the Bay for 15 years and know all those special places to visit. We ensure that the house is always cleaned to a very high standard and linens are always boiled washed and hand finished. Surfaces are all cleansed between cleans so you have no need to worry about hygiene. We have grown our holiday homes business to have an excellent reputation with guests and business travellers alike some who return year on year.
Beaches is located on the South West Coastal Path and enjoys all that the south west coast has to offer as you stretch your legs. South Sands is situated within a short walk of Torquay's famous promenade and sits opposite the path leading down to Livermead Sands Beach. The house is just a 10 minute walk to Torquay station with direct links to London for those arriving by train. A short walk to Torre Abbey Sands and the Riviera Conference Centre and sports facilities. Continue along the front and you arrive at the Harbour with ferries to Brixham and Dartmouth, plenty of eateries and what Torquay has to offer. We are also easy walking to the historic village of Cockington with its lakes and gardens, tea rooms and shops. The new townhouses offer a unique build on the old Soiuthsands hotel site. They are floodlite at night and form part of the bays new modern look. The property is set back from the main Torquay coastal Road which runs between Torquay, Paignton and Brixham. Hollicombe Beach in Preston is also a short walk away through the park and has a beautiful sandy beach. It is quieter than the main beaches in-between. Torquay is a comfortable stroll and offers a wealth of cafés, bars, restaurants and shops, alongside attractions including water sports, golf, bowls, tennis courts, cycling and fine dining. Torquay train station is situated very close by and is within a 10 minute to the property, so you can easily leave your car at home if you wish.
