Within walking distance to: ☆City Centre ☆RD&E Hospital ☆Exeter University ☆Exeter Cathedral In just a short drive and you can explore Dartmoor and Exmoor National Park and the South West Coastline. A perfect base for exploring and relaxing, for both work and leisure. Fully equipped with free WIFI and a Smart TV. ☆ For both business and leisure ☆ The apartment is spacious and light with an open plan kitchen, dining and living space, with a 50" Smart TV and WIFI included. The kitchen is fully equipped with a filter coffee machine, slow cooker, dishwasher and free washer/dryer. A starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar and milk is provided, alongside other kitchen essentials. The large bedroom has a sleigh king-sized bed with ample clothes storage and armchair, with a hairdryer and iron/ironing board. The original shutters create complete darkness. Bed linen and towels provided. The modern bathroom has a large walk-in, waterfall shower and comes with complimentary mini toiletries. Takeaway delivery available through Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat! PLEASE NOTE: The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessed via a steep external metal staircase.

The apartment is in easy walking distance to: City Centre and Cathedral - 10 mins Historic quayside - 15 mins RD&E hospital - 5 mins Exeter University (main campus) - 25 mins Southlands is accessed via a long driveway from the main road, making traffic noise minimal. There are some fantastic independent shops and cafes all within 5 minutes walk. 1 minute walk from the apartment is a bus stop which takes you into the city centre where both the bus and train station are. Exeter has electric bike points across the city which is the nicest way to get around as traffic can be bad. The nearest bike point to the apartment is a 5 minute walk.
