Danum House is a landmark building set in the heart of Doncaster. This Grade II listed building is less than 5 minute walk from the Train and Bus Stations, this Urban City Apartment is in a highly sort out area of Doncaster. Situated 3.7 km from Keepmoat Stadium, 3.7 km from Doncaster Racecourse and 3.3 km from Doncaster Royal Infirmary. This Spacious Urban City Apartment Features a 2 bed Apartment right in the City Centre of Doncaster. It is located 4.2 km from Cusworth Hall and provides free WiFi plus a Concierge service. The Apartment consists of 2 separate double bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite, an open plan kitchen dinner and living room and a bath room with a bath tub. The nearest Airport is the Doncaster Sheffield Airport, 15 km from the Apartment.
The entrance is welcoming with a Reception desk for the Concierge. There is a lift to take you to the floor and the Corridors leading the the Apartment are very wide helping one feel more relaxed after the travel. We aim to personally check our guests in but should we not be available, we will ensure you have someone to show you around or a video will be sent to you showing the use of the heating system, stove and how to access the key at check-in and the drop off at check-out.
Danum House is located amongst high street retailers and restaurants, opposite the entrance of Frenchgate Shopping Centre. Located less than 5 minutes Walk from the Train and Bus Stations, the property is set opposite a McDonalds, Halifax bank and Frenchgate Shopping Mall. It is next door to a Peacocks clothing store. All the town's key amenities are within easy walking distance. The nearest supermarket (Sainsbury's) is less than 80m and nearest coffee shop less than 50m from the door.
