The Mews, a 2 bedroomed townhouse situated in Hull 1.9km from the city centre. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, air fryer microwave and washing machine. The following facilities, landmarks and facilities are all within reach of the property: Hull Arena is 2.6km, Hull City Hall 2.1km, University of Hull 1.5km, Hull Royal Infirmary 1.9km, MKM Stadium 1.9km and Humberside Airport is 30km
Pearson Park, Hull's first People's Park, was established in 1861. It was recently restored to its former glory thanks to National Lottery Heritage Fund funding. A Victorian conservatory with a variety of plants, a lake, a children's adventure playground, a cafe, an Adizone outside gym, and a bowling green are all part of the park. Two popular newly installed 'lost' features from the original park are the bridge over the lake and the colourful, Victorian-style bandstand. Pearson Park also features restored statues of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert, a grand Entrance Gateway, a historic drinking fountain, the cupola from the city's old Town Hall, and a large monolith in memory of Zachariah Pearson, who donated the park to the people of Hull.
