Enjoy your stay in a contemporay and stylish 2 bedroom flat, within 5 minutes walk to the local beach. Free, private parking located 5 minutes walk. Central location for walk to supermarkets, pubs and coffee with great access to car and public transport links to Torquay, Brixham and beyond. Modern kitchen including large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washer /drier. The bathroom has both bath and walk in shower. The property is furnished with towels, hairdrier and iron.
We do not live on site but within commutable distance should you require anything essential
Preston is in the heart of the English Riviera, which includes the towns of Torquay, Paignton and Brixham. It is a thriving community, with a really great mix of residential and supermarkets, pubs, bars and coffee shops. Preston has its own beach and seafront green. Seabreeze benefits from a private off road parking a short 5 minute walk away. It also has plenty of free street parking in and around the local area. Seabreeze is located on a main bus route that is an easy commute to both Brixham and Torquay. Paignton also benefits from a train station allowing journeys to the local cities of Plymouth and Exeter. Walking distance on the level to main supermarket brands, coffee shops and pubs all within the local community. Seabreeze also located just 5 minutes stroll to the local sandy beach with seafront green, which also has a restaurant / bar with outdoor seating.
