Lovely little house in torquay, great amenities and a good location. The house itself was great and very clean and the host was very good. A thoroughly enjoyable stay and if I ever visited torquay again I would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

A newly decorated house in Torquay a 15 minute walk from the seafront & town centre. This spacious & homely accommodation is the ideal base for a family to explore the beautiful Devon coast. The house comfortably sleeps 5 guests in 2 bedrooms Ideal location: 15 minute walk to Torquay Sea Front and Torquay Train Station. 17 minute walk to Cockington Village, a 20 minute walk to the harbour and town centre and is directly on the number 32 bus route. Plentiful on street parking outside. When booking with us your stay will be protected by a deposit guarantee and public liability provided by our risk management partner, SUPERHOG. We are located in the historical area of Chelston. A quiet street in a residential area. Located right along the bus route. There is also on-road parking in the area. Nearby to Torre Abbey Sands and Cockington Country Park. There is a children play-park directly behind the house and the nearby Pretty Park, which you can walk through to access the local convenience stores. We love our location and we think you will too! - 20 minute walk to the well-known Torre Abbey Sands, our most central beach. - 5 minute walk to local shops & restaurants. - 15 minute walk to Torquay high-street. - 25 minute walk to Cockington Country Park, a must visit. We are right along a bus route, the stop is metres from the front door. Here you can access the Stagecoach service that will open up South Devon to you through an excellent network of buses. We are conveniently located between the two train stations, Torquay and Torre for quick and easy links to Exeter, Totnes & Plymouth. If you are driving, there is on-road parking available. If you are drinking, there is 24 hour taxi services available!
