Wry well appointed. Perfect for a group of 6 friends. We used 3 bedrooms and had the use of 3 bathrooms which was perfect. There is another single room if I need it. Shortish walk into town.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish, spacious property in Brixham. Sleeps up to 7 people (2 doubles with one en-suite, 1 room with twin beds and 1 single room), family sized bathroom with separate bath and shower, downstairs shower and toilet. Ample private parking. Level grass area and large patio for relaxing with garden furniture. We love you to have a wonderful experience whilst you stay - so we keep everything to a high standard of decor and style, we also provide much of your basic supplies for when you arrive from towels, cleaning products, a tea towel, equipment, dishwasher tablets, hairdyers....after a long journey we just want you to be able to kick back a relax straight away! 10 minute walk to Brixham harbour for great independent pubs and restaurants, further 5 minute walk to Breakwater Beach. Coastal walks easily accessible for amazing views. Exeter is a 40 minute drive, where you can experience great shopping, eating and even take in an Exeter Chief Premiership Rugby match.
We live locally to Brixham, so if you need any help or advice before or during your stay, please do contact us.
Ample parking in the private driveway for up to 5 vehicles, rare for Brixham! The house is in a residential area, short walk to Brixham harbour.
