The hosts were very friendly and available meaning that check in was quick and efficient. We were given a surprise upgrade which meant that we got to stay in an amazingly spacious apartment with all the creature comforts you could ask for. The extras such as the coffee machine with pods, the fluffy dressing gowns and the toiletries made us feel that we'd had a luxury weekend away. The massive bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was powerful and the whole place was very clean. Would definitely stay again. Fantastic location with everything on the doorstep but quiet enough to get a good night's sleep.

PHOENIX Boutique Apartments offer a self-catering experience. We have 5 individually decorated apartments in a private block with open views of Goole Harbour or St. Johns Church. Perfect for the longer stay, or those looking for a little extra space to unwind after a busy day.

Ideal for a couple, single person, business trip or a professional contractor. Brilliantly equipped with all the comforts from home enabling you more freedom during your stay! You can either eat out, or if you fancy staying in, the fully equipped kitchen will provide all you need to cook dinner for two, with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster and for the coffee lovers a Lavazza coffee machine.
