There are three bedrooms in the property sleeping six guests, including a four poster-king-size with an en-suite bathroom, a four poster king-size with an en-suite shower room and a twin with an en-suite shower room. There is also a kitchen/diner, utility and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside you can find a private patio and lawn with furniture and a gas barbecue, 18 acres of shared land and off-road parking for two cars. Swallows Nest at Magnolia Lake is a superb property for a family escape to Devon. Note: Please arrange with owner if planning to charger electric vehicles at the Bookings for any other reason than holiday/leisure are not permitted, this property cannot be used as private accommodation for work trips.
