A modern, fully furnished 5-bedroom townhouse with double beds and 3 shower rooms, conveniently located near Swansea’s town center, parks, beach, restaurants, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. This home is ideal for families or groups seeking a perfect holiday stay to explore Swansea and the beautiful Gower beaches. There is Wi-Fi access and an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area, three shower rooms with toilets, and a fully equipped utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and washing powder for guests’ use. All beds are made up with fresh linens, and towels are available in the property. The open-plan, well-equipped kitchen and dining area includes a small table (seating for six only) and a two-seater sofa. There is no separate living room/lounge. Outdoors, there is a small, enclosed backyard with tables and seating, ideal for bringing your own BBQ, or enjoying morning coffee. You will enjoy a comfortable stay in this conveniently located townhouse, within walking distance of the beach on Oystermouth Road, the seafront, and local parks. It’s a perfect base for exploring Swansea, Mumbles, the Gower Peninsula, and surrounding areas. Free on-street parking (on the non-resident bays) is available outside the house. A Co-op shop for your self-catering necessities, including a fresh bakery, is located on Bryn Road, just a short walk from the house. Across the road from the townhouse is Swansea Bay on Oystermouth Road. For those traveling with young families, a high chair, changing mat, baby bath, and toddler toilet seat are available upon request. Well behaved pets are welcome on request (a pet fee will be charged).
