Brand new top quality apartments with modern decor and furnishings. We are opposite St Annes Parish Church and the Victoria Hotel next to a small park. The property is surrounded by trees. Our apartments are bright with fully equipped kitchens and shower rooms. We have on drive parking for 4 cars. Please note only the Apartment with Terrace has a terrace, The Studio Apartment does not.
Steve & Elaine spend a lot of time travelling themselves so know exactly the standard of apartment they expect and they provide the same standard of cleanliness and amenities to their own guests.
We are less than a mile from St Annes Pier and beach, around 3 miles from Lytham with it's Green, Windmill & shops. Blackpool is a 20 minute drive away with all it's major seaside attractions. We have bus stops to Lytham, Preston & Blackpool 2 minutes from the property and the train station is a 10 minute walk. There is a large Victorian pub 2 minutes away across the park with a great selection of real ales and food. There is a OneStop convenience store a 3 minute walk away. Within a 10 minute walk of the property there are many restaurants serving Chinese, Indian, Italian, Greek & Turkish foods and a good selection of pubs, bars and cafes. If you are a golfer Royal Lytham & St Annes is half a mile away with St Annes Old Links and Fairhaven not much further.
