Arrive into a private pretty gated courtyard and enter the refurbished chic cottage style apartment. Steps away is stunning vibrant Torquay Harbour with a wide variety of wonderful restaurants, bars, shops and attractions and a short walk to Meadfoot and Torquay beaches. I offer my guests complimentary parking permits for one car in the surrounding streets, however spaces are limited, toiletries, kitchen basics, linens and super fast broadband. Both bedrooms are light, airy and modern, with everthing you need for a comfortable nights sleep. The master bedroom has an en suite shower room, their is also a separate family bathroom. The master bedroom also has a TV and DVD player. The modern family bathroom and en suite shower room are fully tiled, fitted with heated towel rails, with hot powerful showers and towels. Also complimentary toiletries are available should you need them. The modern very well equipped kitchen has everything you require to rustle up a delicious meal for friends and family, with gas hob, oven, microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer to cool your wine and beers before sitting around the table to enjoy the fruits of your labour. Relax and enjoy

South Devon has more than 20 beaches, some blue flag,but favorites that are within walking distance include, MEADFOOT.A mainly shingle beach ,which is our family favorite. It is set. in a sheltered wooded bay with water-sports,toilets,some free parking and a great beach cafe. TORRE ABBEY SANDS. Torquay's main beach.A popular beach for all ages and close to restaurants,bars cafes and toilets.Water sports also available here and around the harbour. GOODRINGTON BEACH and park,the other side of Paignton has everything to keep the children happy and amused has a lovely sandy beach,water-park,boating lake,where you can hire pedalos and numerous places to eat and drink. COASTAL WALKS. The 22 miles of the English Riviera coastline has some stunning,breathtaking coastal walks,that include the South West coastal path. One of our favorites is from Coleton Camp car park to Kingswear. You can also visit the National Trusts Coleton Fishacre a fabulous art deco house and gardens
