Occupying a prime position within the development, Tarn End Cottage 8 Talkin Tarn, has uninterrupted views over the landscaped garden to the tarn and Carrock Fells beyond. As you walk through the door into the open plan living area you are drawn to the wall of windows which perfectly frame the view, the comfy sofa is positioned to admire the tarn and snuggle in front of the electric fire with flame effect and Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare a scrumptious meal including electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. The romantic first floor bedroom has a wall of windows to take in the stunning view, snuggle in the bed and watch the stars twinkling above the water below. Soak away the stresses of the day in the brass bath whilst enjoying a glass of bubbly. There is an en-suite shower room with luxury shower. All gas, electric, bed linen and towels included. There is free off street parking in the car park opposite which also provides EV charging and a secure bike shed.
