Small, clean apartment with new appliances. Gréât transport links to Durham and Sunderland. 5 minutes to access the a1. Private gated parking for 2 cars available.
Kept busy with my 2 children . We live close by if there is anything that you need help with we are on hand to help.
Lovely farm shop over the A690 offering meat /veg and other farm produce. It also has a lovely cafe. There is an Italian restaurant, pharmacy, shop, chip shop and chinese takeaway in the village The 3 horse shoes pub in Leamside is a short drive away- lovely meals. The Ramside hotel&spa and golfclub is 5 mins B car. Also close enough to travel to by car s the farmhouse kitchen (Leamside). There are bus stops within a 100 meters of the apartment- going to Sunderland and Durham.
