I loved all of it. the amazing view through the large and very clean front windows and some of the bedrooms. The space and cleanliness, plenty of everything you need.

The Beach House sits right on Milsey Bay, the main beach, in the lovely sea side town of North Berwick. The Beach House sits in a fantastic position overlooking North Berwick's main beach, Milsey Bay. Refurbished to a very high standard throughout, it offers a cracking, elevated, open plan Living Area of Lounge, Dining room and Kitchen. This space is designed to take advantage of the wonderful, expansive views of the Beach and the Bass Rock. A south facing, sheltered private courtyard also offers outside seating and a professional BBQ. 1 x super king (can be split to 2 x singles on request). 1 x double bedroom. 2 x king size beds with ensuite. 2 x additional camp beds if requested (additional cost). Please note we do not provide hypoallergenic bedding at our properties. Please also note: this property is strictly non-smoking, and does not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old. Please verify your identity with Superhog before check-in to obtain free insurance. Alternatively you can pay a damage deposit which will be refunded subject to an inspection.
