We sent 2 of our employees here ready for cover work in the area the following day. They both loved the accommodation and said it was much better than most of the hotels they've stayed in previously. In fact thy sent me a short video declaring that they 'could happily live there', as it was so homely and welcoming!

The Old Boot Factory is situated in a quiet area away from main roads. These brand new builds have been built to a high standard and offer comfortable airy and spacious apartments. Good sized living areas with fully equipped kitchen along with a family bathroom and en-suite make for a comfortable stay both for business and leisure.
We love Leicester and have been in the area for a number of years. This has given us a good knowledge of the area and happy to offer our advice to people visiting that would like any assistance with transport links, tourist attractions and great food establishments. We have built our business together as hosts to service accommodation and pride ourselves in offering guests a great service and stay in our properties
There are great cafes, the 2nd oldest pub in Leicester and great facilities and amenities. The area is tucked away to be tranquil and calm although under a 2 minute stroll leads you to the village. We are 3 miles from Mallory Park Racing circuit. Stoney Cove is 4 miles away. This is a renowned scuba diving centre offering a range of courses located in a large flooded quarry. Barwell is conveniently located within easy reach of Hinckley, Coventry and M69 links
