The location of the property is amazing and literally, 2 minutes walk to the local shops, highstreet, restaurants and bars. You are also only 2-minute walk from the infamous Lytham Green and the estuary. Its pet friendly with its own back yard so you can let your pooch out and know they are safe. The laundry room at the bottom of the garden is fantastic, especially if you are on an extended stay.

There is also an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside there is a front garden with patio and seating and an external study. The Bothy is a home away from home, perfect for enjoying a break to Lancashire with loved ones. Note: The woodburning stove will only be available for use from 10th November 2021
