This is a stunning property in an excellent location, well equipped, comfortable and cosy. The apartment is lovely and warm, though easily aired with dual aspect sash windows with very efficient secondary glazing. The gorgeous bath was a superb bonus! I highly recommend the Buttermarket Overlook and hope to stay again...

Welcome to the Butter Market Overlook. Wake up overlooking the historic Butter market of Canterbury in this exquisite 3 bedroom apartment. With the Cathedral entrance a stone's throw away this really is a one of a kind experience. The property is very modern throughout and is crammed full amenities. Each room is very spacious and guests will feel at ease in the large open plan living area while relaxing on the comfortable seating. Meticulously furnished to bring Canterbury inside, each room oozes character and charm. Do not miss out. Please take into consideration there is no allocated parking at this property due to the central location, however Queningate ANAR carpark is a short walk away. The Key safe is also located at another location so please do read the check in information carefully. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a late check out at this property due to the high street restrictions. The cleaning team need to drop off linen and supplies before the High Street barriers come into force at 10.30 am. Please be aware that there are ongoing Cathedral renovation works being carried out so there may be some potential noise disruption. The property is located in an apartment block, without elevators and based on the 2nd floor. Additional Info: Booking confirmation will be emailed to you. Confirm full lead guest detail via Zeevou. Canterbury is a great for wandering round quirky side streets, checking out the Cathedral or enjoying one of the many nature trails along the River Stour where there is an abundance of wildlife to see.   Toddlers cove playground comes highly recommended for the little ones to run off some energy, parking is available but it is walkable. Postcode CT2 8BG. Blean woods nature reserve, Westgate gardens and the Tannery Fields all showcase the river and Canterbury at their best and nature at its best. There is also a soft play centre nearby for little ones if the weather is not to great at Canterbury leisure building postcode CT1 3RA The Good shed is a mini-indoor market that sells home grown produce, with outdoor seating available you can grab a coffee and relax. Tiny Tim tearooms are a great place to enjoy afternoon tea. Canterbury itself has lots of coffee shops, restaurants and bars to choose from, we recommend Wild wood and the old weavers house which overlooks the river Stour. Lady Luck bar is also worth visiting.
