My husband Brian and I have been offering short term lettings in Glasgow since 2018 and now have multiple properties in "The Glasgow Collection" We love living in Glasgow although we wish the weather could be better! We have a toddler called Kayla who keeps us both on our toes as well as 4 older children. We love travelling and have visited lots of places for work and pleasure. My favourite places to date are Montenegro and Brazil and I always love spending time in France. We’re hoping to visit Vancouver and New Zealand sometime soon. We love hosting people from all corners of the world and hearing the reasons why they’re visiting Glasgow.

Property information

This is a recently refurbished one bedroom ground floor apartment in a block of 6. The flat features a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, cooker, fridge freezer and a microwave oven. The bright spacious lounge has oriel windows , a dining area with table and chairs, a comfortable sofa bed and a chair with footstool. There is fast wifi, a TV with Freeview channels, free Netflix and on demand apps such as BBC iPlayer. The double bedroom has lots of storage. We provide tea, coffee and other essentials such as salt & pepper and olive oil to make your stay more comfortable. Hotel standard cotton bed linen and towels are provided for all guests and we also provide shower gel/shampoo and a hairdryer. We use professional cleaners who do a thorough clean between reservations and take extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces.

Neighbourhood information

Situated in a quiet spot surrounded by trees and shrubs, our ground floor flat is located between Glasgow City centre and the West End and offers a convenient location to all the major attractions Glasgow has to offer. The flat is also just 5 minutes walk from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland Wallace Studios, the RSNO and Rockvilla (National Theatre of Scotland HQ). The flat has private parking and is also 2 minutes walk away from St George’s Cross Underground station. A 10 minute walk will take you Glasgow city centre and Scotland’s best shopping experience. The Mitchell Library and the Tenement House museum are also within 10 minutes walk from the flat. Heading west will take you the vibrant West End which is packed with stunning architecture, high end shopping, top class restaurants, bustling trendy night life, thriving art scene and an outstanding cafe culture. Along the way you can visit Kelvingrove Park and the outstanding Kelvingrove Art Gallery featuring Charles Rennie Mackintosh and so much more. The flat is also 20 minute walk to Strathclyde University and Glasgow university and a 7 minute drive to SEC/The Hydro.
