The apartment is in a Coach House 400 years circa and is less than 75 m from the centre of the town in the Conservation Area of Sandwich. The property has been renovated recently in a contemporary style. There is a very comfortable Kingsize Bed in the bedroom. The living room gets the sun in the morning. The garden is beautiful and is sheltered, sunny with plenty of shade. It is a non smoking property both inside and outside and it is necessary to walk into the town 75m away to smoke .

The apartment is an ideal venue if you are playing golf, visiting family, attending weddings, walking, and visiting local historical sites in this medieval town. There are a variety of sports to take part in including a visit to a water sports centre close by. There are wild life centres close by and Sandwich Bay Bird Observatory. There are five festivals from March until September. Visiting the castles and travelling across to Europe is easy via Dover ferries and Ashford le Shuttle . There is a bay 1 mile away where it’s also possible to visit The lodge hotel and Princes Golf Club for coffee or a meal . Sandwich is close to Margate with its Arts reputation and there is now a train ( Thanet Parkway) to travel to London in 75 mins including weekends via Canterbury 10 mins drive away. The sandy beaches of Thanet are close by. The history of this perfect medieval town is unique with the longest medieval house in one of the most intact medieval roads in Europe .
