Located within the grounds of a Georgian manor house on the outskirts of the Lake District and a stones throw from the Scottish border. Relax in our unique historical coach house and Victorian stables. Renovated to encapsulate the opulence of the Georgian era, the property boasts two large bedrooms with king size beds, TV and feature fireplaces. The beautiful river Esk runs alongside the property, giving you the opportunity to watch our local wildlife and perhaps spot the otter or kingfisher.

Longtown is situated on the English/Scottish border, three miles from Gretna Green and six from Carlisle. Flowing through beautiful countryside with much of the bank side wooded with native hardwoods the river Esk gently meanders through Longtown with sandstone bed and very little weed the river offers fantastic Salmon and Sea trout fishing opportunities.
