The Cowshed provides luxury accommodation for two guests all on one floor. The living space is open-plan with a large wood burning stove as a central point providing a lovely space to relax in having been out exploring the picturesque county.

The Cowshed is ideally positioned in the Suffolk countryside for you to easily get to the coast or explore some of the small villages and towns further inland. There are some lovely towns and villages to explore. Framlimgham is a busy market town with the imposing castle as a backdrop to the market place which holds a market on Tuesdays and Saturdays. The historic village of Laxfield has a great pub, The King's Head (also known as the Low House) and serves both drinks and food. The coast is approximately 20 minutes drive and you have the choice of Southwold or Aldeburgh with their vibrant high streets with restaurants, cafes and shops or if you fancy a wilder experience then head to the beach at Dunwich or Sizewell. Sitting behind the beach is the RSPB reserve at Minsmere. The surrounding countryside is part of the Suffolk Coast and Heaths Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and there are numerous walks to experience the unique habitat.
