Nice apartment, comfy and quiet. Located in a safe area, easy to park outside and a quick drive to the centre. Good shower. Kitchen was very small but well equipped for basic cooking. Sharon was very welcoming and replied very quickly to our messages. Good value for money in expensive Devon

We are situated close to amenities on a hill which makes it a quiet location. The garden flat has recently been refurbished and we provide a fully functioning kitchen. The flat is part of a victorian property and we live on the site so are able to be on hand if needed.
We both are self employed and work from home. Our hobbies include travel walking and cycling. We have been renting out properties for the past fifteen years and also have a house in Thailand that we often like to retreat to. We are on hand mostly if you need any help or advice during your stay and are always happy to help
Everything Torquay has to offer is close by including cafes restaurants bowling, water sports, fishing, beaches, harbour, shops and many more. But where we live is on a hill so outside the noise and our road is quiet.
