Electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Shared laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Sitting-out area with garden furniture. Shared garden with barbecue, gas barbecue, chiminea, pizza oven and fire pit. Shared natural 6-acre grounds. Bike store. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please note: In the grounds there are 9 steps, a fenced pond 30 yards away and a stream 275 yards away. . Enjoying a peaceful, rural location, yet within a 10-minute drive of the coast, Martin Lane Farm Cottages offer welcoming and comfortable accommodation.
