Property info

People love the green room as it's a relaxing calm studio. It may only be a studio but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The building is set back from the tree lined road and has private parking. It is just 5 minutes away from the new exciting Worthing promenade where you'll find some lovely restaurants. It is also a short distance from the famous Chipwick Fish n Chips of Worthing, get there early to avoid the long queues. Waitrose and the Town Centre is just a 10 minute walkaway. Overall this lovely studio offers the perfect getaway in a quiet area of Worthing but still close to all the amenities you will need.

Neighborhood info

Worthing is a great town that offers lots of nearby attractions. Worthing itself has a wonderful Pier with a restaurant at the tip, a lido and beautiful promenade where you'll find plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants. You can get the train to Brighton which is just 20 minutes ride away, alot cheaper than parking in the city! We have Arundel with the beautiful Castle and the Downs for excellent walking activities. There is something for everyone within a 15 mile radius of Worthing.
