Nestled within a newly renovated building just on the outskirts of York City Centre, this cosy apartment offers everything you could need for any length of stay in York. The ideal location, close to local amenities such as supermarkets, chemist, takeaways, pubs, and just a 15 minute walk to the York Shambles in the heart of the City Centre with a bus route just a 2 minute walk away. The apartment is located on the top floor of the building, please note that there are quite a few steps required for access to the apartment, so this would not suit anybody who struggles with stairs unfortunately, however once you are in the full premises is located on one floor. There is a cosy open plan living, kitching and dining area. The modern and contemporary kitchen space, with all the electrical appliances you could need, including a full fridge freezer, washer, microwave and a hot kettle tap. The bedroom offers a comfortable king bed with hotel quality bed linens and towels provided for your use. Plenty of storage space is provided is provided in the bedroom and there is a pul out single sofa bed offering extra sleeping space for a third person. Free WIFI is provided throughout your stay. Sadly parking is not offered with this property, however there are streets nearby which offer free parking, just a short stroll from the apartment.
