The Kathrene is well situated and enjoys an elevated position on Fleetwood’s Esplanade, with superb uninterrupted views across Morecambe Bay to the Lake District hills beyond. The apartment is located on the first floor of the building where you get to sit enjoyed the beautiful views.

Neighborhood info

The Kathrene is opposite a Children’s playground, Splash Park, and near to the Leisure Centre and the Marine Hall with its wide selection of concerts and shows. Shops and transport are nearby and you can take the brand new tram for a ride to Blackpool and back. There is unlimited free parking along The Esplanade.
