Stunning location with a very well set up little cabin. It was well decorated with thoughtful details. The cozy cabin had everything we needed. The views were absolutely amazing and loved having their 3 cute sheep wondering about their paddock right in front of the cabin. Hosts were friendly and professional. We're definitely coming back here and would recommend it to anyone.

The Kuhvee is a secluded cabin set in the heart of the Devon countryside. It is located at the end of a quiet country lane, surrounded by woodland and wilding spaces. The cabin looks similar to a shepherds hut but is much bigger, with two separate sleeping ares, a bathroom with shower and open plan kitchen and living room. When the weather is warm you might want to admire the stunning views from the large deck area. During the cooler months you can snuggle up next to the wood burning stove and gaze at the beautiful landscape through the large glass doors. *One well behaved dog is welcome for a small fee per stay. Payment on arrival please.
Living in the Devon countryside is a dream come true for James and Anna. They love tending to their small flock of cheeky sheep, going for walks on Dartmoor or the beautiful south Devon coast, and working together with local people to help establish a nature corridor, known as Devon Wild Land.
Perfectly located for exploring Dartmoor (15mins), the south coast (25mins) and the City of Exeter (12mins). North Devon and Cornwall are just over a hour away. The cabin itself is set amongst farmland and woodland, just outside the village of Longdown. A 20 min walk across the fields will take you to the local pub, The Lamb. A range of grocery stores, shops and cafes are all within a 10 - 15min drive.
