'Leas View' is a stunning, grand, spacious 3 bedroom apartment in the West End of Folkstone directly overlooking the fabulous Leas, Folkstone's unique clifftop promenade. Panoramic sea views from huge windows in every room in this Grade II listed property and views to France on clear days. The Kitchen and 3rd bedroom overlook that Bandstand from which you can sit and listen to concerts and entertainment throughout the Summer months. The property benefits from spacious rooms, many original Victorian characteristics mixed with a modern twist; fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for longer stays. The property has been refurbished to a high standard and benefits from quality furniture, linen and comfortable bedding to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The property also has its own private garden which is overlooked from the kitchen.
Situated in the heart of the West End of Folkstone, this grand and very special apartment overlooks the Leas promenade and English Channel from huge windows which overlook. The West End of Folkstone is lined with period properties including the Grand and Metrople hotels and other buildings of historic interest, frequented in times gone by by Royalty and High Society. Below the Leas is the Lowers Leas Costal Park, home to the largest free adventure play area in the South East.
