A charming holiday cottage conveniently located near Bury St Edmunds town center. It accommodates two guests, offering a kitchenette, spacious double bedroom, well-appointed bathroom, and entrance hall. Access is through a gated private entrance, with a sweeping driveway leading to the front elevation and parking area. The Lodge overlooks formal lawns with an al-fresco seating area at the rear. The town centre is under a half hour walk away with its abundance of shops and eateries. Please note that whilst this is a self-catered property, these is only a microwave oven and toaster for cooking. Please note that building works are currently underway on the main house adjacent to The Lodge and are planned to be ongoing until mid-July. During this period, you may notice an increased presence of machinery, work and people on site. The works are scheduled between 8am and 4pm, Monday to Friday. While we do not anticipate activity over the weekends, we cannot fully guarantee that the site will be completely clear. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
